OverDrive Advantage Plan
Margate City Public Library cardholders now have immediate access to a new collection of eBooks from OverDrive. Many titles are available exclusively to Margate patrons and are identified by the yellow and orange Advantage graphic on the OverDrive website. Beach Badges 2012
Beach Badges are required for everyone 12 and older during the season, which runs from the 3rd week in June through Labor Day. Badges are sold at a discount price from April until Memorial Day at the Martin Bloom Community Pavilion at Huntington and the Beach from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm (Mon-Fri) and 10:00 am until 3:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Badges are also sold at City Hall at 1 S. Washington Avenue from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm 7 days a week. Badges may be paid for by mail and held for pickup. Mail payment to City Hall and pick up at City Hall until June 23, 2012. After June 23 all badges are to be picked up at Life Guard Headquarters at Washington Avenue.
Pre-Season (April-May) $7.00
Senior Citizens (65) $3.50
June 1, 2011 all badges are $15.00, sold on the beach. Weekly $10.00 passes will be sold after June 23, 2012.
